Workshop Featuring: Mary Carpenter

Sunday, April 15th from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Session Two: STRENGTH THRU RELEASE

You don’t need to exercise your abdominal muscles to make them stronger. Your abs will automatically work better when you release your lower spine. This workshop will demonstrate this effect. You need not to have attended the first workshop to benefit from the other workshops. Suitable for beginners and experienced yoga students.

Crossroads Yoga is located in Crossroads Village at the corner of McAdle Road and Airline Road.

Prop Wall

We have plenty of room and a full complement of Yoga props to handle large classes of 15 students or better. Individuals and groups who are interested in private lessons will find that our studio is more than ready to fulfill their needs and requirements.

Ballet Bars

With a relaxing atmosphere that allows for calm and soothing experience, we are confident that you will make Crossroads Yoga Studio your new Yoga home.
