COVID-19 Policies & Resources

COVID-19 Policies

More than ever, we need yoga and we need each other.

New Mask Policy: We ask that all unvaccinated students and instructors wear a mask at all times. Those who are vaccinated have the choice to wear a mask while in class. We will provide disposable masks and hand sanitizer at the front door.

  • Crossroads Yoga will not offer community mats or props, except blocks. Wipes will be provided to sanitize blocks after use.
  • You must bring your own water, towels, and mat cleaner. Crossroads Yoga will provide a hand sanitizing station at the front door. However, we ask that you bring your own sanitizing spray or wipes for your personal mat. For a mat cleaner recipe, click here.
  • ALL personal items need to be taken with you from the studio, including hand weights, mats, props, etc.
  • Mat spaces will be marked 6-feet apart. Please place your mat in the marked spaces.
  • Cubbies for personal items and benches for changing shoes will be placed 6-feet apart. We ask that patrons practice social distancing by avoiding congregating in the entry areas.
  • If your class follows another class, please wait until everyone has exited the studio before entering.
