COVID-19 Policies & Resources

COVID-19 Policies

More than ever, we need yoga and we need each other. As part of the second phase of the State of Texas’ ongoing plan to safely and strategically open Texas while minimizing the spread of COVID-19, Crossroads Yoga will re-open with limited occupancy levels to 25% and standard health protocols laid out by the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS). Please read the studio’s complete checklist of policies and procedures below:

  • Face masks are required in the lobby area but are optional during class.
  • Crossroads Yoga will not offer community mats or props, except blocks. Wipes will be provided to sanitize blocks after use.
  • You must bring your own water, towels, and mat cleaner.
  • Crossroads Yoga will provide a hand sanitizing station at the front door. However, we ask that you bring your own sanitizing spray or wipes for your personal mat. For a mat cleaner recipe, click here.
  • ALL personal items need to be taken with you from the studio, including hand weights, mats, props, etc.
  • Mat spaces will be marked 6-feet apart. Please place your mat in the marked spaces.
  • Cubbies for personal items and benches for changing shoes will be placed 6-feet apart. We ask that patrons practice social distancing by avoiding congregating in the entry areas.
  • If your class follows another class, please wait until everyone has exited the studio before entering.
