Join a community of expecting mothers as you celebrate the changes in your body and the development of your baby. 4-class workshops are offered throughout the year. The next session runs November 13th, 20th, 27th and December 4th from 3-4:30pm. There will be a make up class offered Oct. 9th if you miss one of the original 4 classes. Triyoga provides a space for you to stay healthy in mind and body during your prenatal phases. Moms-to-be become part of a community, sharing this amazing process with others.
Keren will teach gentle yoga postures, breathing and meditation in the classes, laying a foundation then classes progressing as you get to your advanced stages of pregnancy.

Keren is a Registered Yoga Teacher with 500 hours of training. She is a certified Basics and Level 1 TriYoga teacher and has been teaching since 2009. She joined a teacher training program to simply deepen her personal practice, which led her to discover the pure joy of teaching and experiencing her students’ bliss. Keren is also trained in Yoga Therapy as well as Prenatal Yoga. Her TriYoga classes unite breath and mind with the precise natural alignments of flowing and sustained postures. Keren’s teaching aims to guide students towards a state of relaxation-in-action that extends beyond the studio. She continues her teacher training program in Level 2 TriYoga flows with senior TriYoga teacher, Kamala Paul. Off the mat, Keren enjoys exploring the amazing natural beauty Corpus Christi has to offer. She is an equestrian and enjoys how her yoga practice enhances her experience in the saddle. Keren also follows a vegetarian diet and loves to grow her own food.
