Dr. Ann is a Nia Technique White Belt, Naturopathic Doctor, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Aromatherapist. While she was stressed out in her former corporate career, she started searching out natural ways to heal herself. Once she started studying, she couldn’t stop! She discovered Nia for the second time in 2010 in San Antonio and realized that it exercised every muscle in her body but without pain or stress. One day she walked into a class being led by a guest teacher who taught a very dynamic and invigorating class. At the end of the class, Dr. Ann was feeling so wonderful she felt like she was flying high all day. So she kept going back for more until finally she took the White Belt which is the first training belt and allows the graduate to teach Nia classes. Nia Technique is a fun, energetic, barefoot dance workout that helps you become healthy, powerful and beautiful.
