Six Week Meditation Series

*No class on Wednesday Nov. 21st because of Thanksgiving

Join us at this Meditation Series by using your class pass or regular drop-in fees.
Just show up, no prior registration needed.
In this course, we will explore the various techniques of meditation, such as sitting, conscious breathing, guided awareness and Yoga.
