Six Week Series
An Intro to Yoga Practice

Mondays: Beginning Sept. 24th from 6:30 – 8pm

This series, developed by Paula Edwards, is based on 2 books, 30 Essential Yoga Poses and Relax and Renew by Judith Hansen Lasater. The series will give each student the basic understanding of an “active” yoga practice along with a practice of “stillness”. Registration includes “30 Essential Yoga Poses” book, Restorative Yoga Guide, handouts & one eye pillow.
