Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra -is a guided meditation that systematically leads you into a deep state of relaxation through breath awareness, body scanning and imagery (the 5 koshas). This state ‘turns on’ the relaxation response, which is the body’s natural healing state. There is nothing for you to do, but to get comfortable and listen.

Yoga Nidra leads you through a visceral experience of the five koshas or sheaths. Derived from the ancient Upanishad texts, these koshas are a map of the whole person. Each koshic sheath represents a layer of one’s being – physical, energetic, mental, emotional, spiritual. We can heal what we feel and yoga nidra brings awareness to every part of your being.
