New 6 week Meditation Series with Gretchen

Mondays: May 7th – June 11th
6:30pm – 7:30pm

In this course, we will explore the various techniques of meditation, such as sitting, conscious breathing, guided awareness and Yoga.

Join us at this Meditation Series by using your class pass or regular drop-in fees. Just show up, no prior registration needed.
